1. PRODUCT REFUND

LondonKillsMe will refund or exchange any item you are not entirely satisfied with provided it is returned to us within 14 days in perfect condition and original packaging.

2. FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS

In the event of a purchase being faulty or damaged we will also reimburse the return postage. Please contact us to notify us of a problem with a product, before returning the item. LondonKillsMe can then arrange replacement of a product and reimbursement of return postage.
